At Mine4Nine, we endeavor to provide you with the best shopping experience at every step. When you buy a Mine4Nine Maternity Product, we need to ensure that your order is dispatched without defects and reaches you intact and timely. We appreciate your patience in allowing us the time for our stringent quality checks and accept a slight delay in shipment as we do this for you to get the best of Mine4Nine.
We ship all orders within 24 hrs. from the time the order is received except for orders made on Saturdays. Please send us an email on marketing@abitibella.com with your details in case you require it well before and we will do our best to make your delivery on time.

Refund policy

Returns

If you like to return your order, please follow the steps below:

1. Please fill out the return form so that we have enough information to move forward. Click Here to go to the form
2. As soon as we accept the return request we'll contact you to let you know that we are initiating your request.
Your package already contains the return shipping label. If not, please mention it below in the form so that we can send you one via email or WhatsApp.

As soon as we initiate the return process, you will be sent an email of confirmation along with the return shipping label that must be printed out and attached to the package. 

If we offer a pick-up service at your pin-code, the courier company will come to pick it up. You do not have to worry. However, if we do not, you will have to ship it to us yourself. your package is not picked up in 4-5 working days, please contact us through one of these channels.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it i.e. with the tag intact. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only partial refunds are granted if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or Customer  receive same size as ordered and want return/refund.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer except for if there is an error on our behalf (wrong size*, color or product).

*If the size has been confirmed from our side before the order was fulfilled and the size sent is the size you ordered, then size issues will not be considered as an error on our behalf. To avoid such an issue, please make sure that you check the size chart before making a purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message or an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-8 business days.

We highly recommend not opting for COD mode of payment as this often complicates the process of refunds.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at marketing@abitibella.com and send your item to: C-135 Basement, Suncity, Sector 54, 122011 Gurgaon HR, India.

Shipping
The courier company will collect the return order from the delivery address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary
If you are shipping an item over Rs.5000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
