Cancellation Policy

At Mine4Nine, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring efficient processing of your orders.

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team via email or WhatsApp.

  • Cancellations made after 24 hours of placing the order will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the order value.

2. Cancellation by Mine4Nine

  • In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to stock unavailability or unforeseen issues.

  • If Mine4Nine cancels an order, we will notify you promptly via email or phone and provide a full refund of the amount paid.

3. Refund for Cancellations

  • Full Refund: For cancellations made within 24 hours.

  • Partial Refund: For cancellations made after 24 hours, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
