Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the steps below:

To initiate a Return or Exchange, please raise a request by care@abitibella.com

Once we receive your request, our team will review and initiate the return or exchange process from our side. You will be notified once it is approved.
Upon initiation, you will receive a confirmation email with return courier partner details.

If pick-up service is available at your pin code, our courier partner will schedule the pick-up.
If pick-up is not available, you will be required to ship the product back to us at your own expense.
If the package is not picked up within 4–5 working days, please contact us through any of the support channels listed below.

Return request must be raised within 2 days of delivery. After 2 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or exchange.
Item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition as received
- With tags intact
- In the original packaging

Note: Partial refunds may be granted if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected:

You will be notified via message or email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7–8 business days from the return delivery.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Recheck your bank account.
Contact your bank — sometimes refunds take time to reflect.
